“We just had inaugural home improvement install a new tub and surround, along with a vanity, ceiling fan, light fixture, mirror, hooks, towel holders, and a new baseboard hot water cover. Inaugural consistently had prompt responses to phone calls and emails. Everyone from the salesperson to the workers showed up onetime each and every appointment and workday. Every worker checked in with us before they started each day and when they left each day. If I had any questions or concerns, they addressed them right away. The project was completed on time in the three days they said it would take and they were accommodating by having a plumber come back a week and a half later to put the faucets on our vanity after the quartz top was installed. Renovations are stressful and Inaugural made the process go as smooth as possible. I would highly recommend them.”

Alex and his team banged out an amazing job with our full bathroom remodel. The last tub installed by previous owners was horrible and impossible to clean. The tub was not leveled and water would come out during showering. Now it’s like a weight has been lifted. We love this new stand up shower. Thank you Inagural Home Improvement and giant thank you to Alex and his co workers, we appreciate you!! See before and after photos! Highly recommend!

We had our old bathtub taken out and a new shower put in. The guys who did the work were fabulous. They did a great job and did a great job of cleaning up. I had ordered the trim that hadn’t come in yet but a few days later Alex brought it over and did a perfect job of putting it up.We are very happy with the materials they use.I would highly recommend Inaugural Home Improvements for your bathroom renovation.

We just the tub removal and walk in shower done. The process was quick and easy. Communication was a bit lacking, this is the only reason the rating is a 4. The final outcome is spectacular.

WOW! What a difference two and a half days makes. I had the tub walls and tub replaced also the floor. The bath was falling apart, and it was quite embarrassing. We didn't want someone coming in and covering up things. Alex and Keith replaced things that were bad. Rotted wood from water damage and the floor under toilet. These two men are amazing, the attention to detail was on point. They never looked rushed to finish or eager to hurry and leave. The men were kind and answered every question I had. They should be proud of their work because its quality. Zack came daily to see if anything was needed and Michael who does quotes is easy going and no pushing. I now have something pretty to look at. Thanks again guys.

These guys were amazing! In at 8am out at 5:30pm and 2/3 of the bathrooms were already done. They came back the next day to finish up and now I have 2 fantastic tubs and showers. They even fixed the overhead venting light to.

I can't express how Happy withthe work that was done by Larry and his son Mark. It so beyond what I had expected. This walk in shower is going to be game changing taking care of my dad. After checking out several companies, I decided to go with Inaugural to have a shower converted into a tub. I'm so glad I did! Demo was completed in a fairly short time. My installers, came and did an excellent job! It took all day, but they were so careful and meticulous with everything. Pipes were checked for leaks, caulking was completed very well, cleanup was perfect.

If I could give them 100 stars, I would. Everything went so smoothly with my complete bathroom remodel including getting it done before Thanksgiving! Craftsmanship was impeccable and everyone I came into contact with was super professional and talented at what they did. I needed 2 little touchups and they were scheduled and handled asap. I have wanted this to happen for quite some time. I did my research and asked a lot of questions, Inaugural came through for me. Everything is ADA compliant, from grab bars to shower seat.. Inaugural Home Improvement recently completed a bathtub to shower conversion for me as well as replacing 2 toilets.Their work was impeccable, they were timely, stuck to their schedule and were extremely nice people! Zachery Scott was my lead contact person and oversaw the the whole job and did a great job! Kudos to Zach!I would highly recommend this company to anyone seeking to re-do their bathroom! I forgot to mention that the crew did not mark up any walls and totally cleaned up after themselves!Very happy customer! Five stars all the way!

Went through a couple people making getting a bathroom remodel a nightmare, once I spoke with Cole and he sent someone out, I knew they were the one. My bathroom has never looked better. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating throughout the process. Anytime I had a question or need they were always very responsive and helpful. The job took 2 1/2 days and I was amazed by the transformation. Their prices are reasonable and they do offer financing plans. My family and friends all love how my bath came out, will recommend.

We went with Inaugural for our shower replacement. Could not be happier with the result! This company came out when scheduled, had all supplies that they needed to do the job on hand, demoed my shower to the studs, and installed it with little to no disruption to the rest of the house. Inaugural Home Improvement did a professional job right from the beginning with recommending different options to choose from for a tub to walk-in shower conversion. They were very thorough and did an excellent job with the removal of the old cast iron bathtub and installing a new walk-in shower.

Had a guest bath remodelled by Inaugural Home Improvement. Their quote was not the cheapest one, but we went with them as we felt they would do the best job.We are very happy with the quality of the work and the whole process. Everyone on their team (Zach, Jarred, Alex and all other) was very professional and did quality work.We recommend them very highly and will have them in mind when a new renovation project is due.

We had a bathroom remodel. Was a bit challenging at first. I would advise homeowners to have the staff assist you in selecting all fixtures. Less likely to make the wrong choices.The staff is responsive and professional.The quality is excellent. (Love the shower door.)Several months in, we had a leak, which was not instillation related, and yet, inaugural helped us out with this problem very promptly. We really appreciated their help!
