“We just had inaugural home improvement install a new tub and surround, along with a vanity, ceiling fan, light fixture, mirror, hooks, towel holders, and a new baseboard hot water cover. Inaugural consistently had prompt responses to phone calls and emails. Everyone from the salesperson to the workers showed up onetime each and every appointment and workday. Every worker checked in with us before they started each day and when they left each day. If I had any questions or concerns, they addressed them right away. The project was completed on time in the three days they said it would take and they were accommodating by having a plumber come back a week and a half later to put the faucets on our vanity after the quartz top was installed. Renovations are stressful and Inaugural made the process go as smooth as possible. I would highly recommend them.”

We had a great experience from start to finish. Isaac was very helpful in helping us determine our vision. Zachery was a great project manager who communicated very well throughout the weeks leading up to project and during the project itself!Alex and Keith were incredible - the project took longer than expected because of the complex old bathroom we had but they were so thorough with attention to detail to make sure everything was done right. Everyone was very professional throughout the whole process. We are very satisfied. Thank you!

Quality, customer-satisfaction, lifetime warranty, acommodating to scheduling -- these are just a few of the reasons we are recommending this company to everyone in search of a bathroom remodel.There is a reason these guys have 5 stars and I wish I could give them more. We didn't expect a shower to be life-changing but it truly is, especially with my fiancé who is in a wheelchair. We needed a specific shower design that other companies were unwilling to consider or were unable to accommodate to our needs. Inaugural bath heard our vision and didn't hesitate to come up with a design that fully fits our type of accessible shower. We knew from the moment we met with Joel and Zach, that we were in great hands and the work would be nothing less than the best quality.This company converted a standard tub/ shower into a fully accessible roll-in shower with a bench, grab bars and dual shower controls. Everything about the process was so seamless, enjoyable and thought-through. From creating the designs with Joel and Zach, to the installation with Alex and the crew. Everyone was very respectful and accommodating to ensure we were happy with the end result -- and we are truly over the moon with the outcome. The prompt and clean installation was only a day and a half. We were consulted through every step of the process if our input was needed. Now we have a gorgeous shower that never leaks water, a grout-free shower wall for the easiest of cleaning, plentiful storage options and most importantly- a barrier-free shower floor so that my fiancé can SAFELY transfer in and out of the shower with ease. I'm not kidding, this company really does put the customer first every step of the way, which is sometimes hard to come by these days. Had a great Experience, had full bathroom remodel, tub to shower, that was done in one day, they also replace the vanity, floor, mirror and light. Whole process took four days, looks amazing. We are extremely happy with the result, the team, the products and overall very satisfied. Would recoomment this company to everyone.

Working with Inaugural was easier than we ever imagined. The salesman, the project manager and the crew were in constant communication with us and each other making for a very smooth, stress free process. The team arrived right on schedule every day, working through breaks and lunch to complete our project. We had complete bathroom modification in 3 1/2 days.The materials used are high quality, low maintenance and absolutely stunning! Our only regret is that we waited so long to do this. we originally reach our for a basement shower renovation after moving in to a new home and within a couple months the shower started to fall apart tiles falling off wall after having bathroom renovated it has been a pleasure I was a very fast and efficient renovation shower looks amazing and I would highly recommend this company very friendly staff and full explained the process

Alex and his team banged out an amazing job with our full bathroom remodel. The last tub installed by previous owners was horrible and impossible to clean. The tub was not leveled and water would come out during showering. Now it’s like a weight has been lifted. We love this new stand up shower. We had our old bathtub taken out and a new shower put in. The guys who did the work were fabulous. They did a great job and did a great job of cleaning up. I had ordered the trim that hadn’t come in yet but a few days later Alex brought it over and did a perfect job of putting it up.We are very happy with the materials they use.I would highly recommend Inaugural Home Improvements for your bathroom renovation.

WOW! What a difference two and a half days makes. I had the tub walls and tub replaced also the floor. The bath was falling apart, and it was quite embarrassing. We didn't want someone coming in and covering up things. Alex and Keith replaced things that were bad. Rotted wood from water damage and the floor under toilet. These two men are amazing, the attention to detail was on point. They never looked rushed to finish or eager to hurry and leave. The men were kind and answered every question I had. They should be proud of their work because its quality. Zack came daily to see if anything was needed and Michael who does quotes is easy going and no pushing. I now have something pretty to look at. Thanks again guys.

These guys were amazing! In at 8am out at 5:30pm and 2/3 of the bathrooms were already done. They came back the next day to finish up and now I have 2 fantastic tubs and showers. They even fixed the overhead venting light to.

After checking out several companies, I decided to go with Inaugural to have a shower converted into a tub. I'm so glad I did! Demo was completed in a fairly short time. My installers, came and did an excellent job! It took all day, but they were so careful and meticulous with everything. Pipes were checked for leaks, caulking was completed very well, cleanup was perfect.

Inaugural Home Improvement recently completed a bathtub to shower conversion for me as well as replacing 2 toilets.Their work was impeccable, they were timely, stuck to their schedule and were extremely nice people! Zachery Scott was my lead contact person and oversaw the the whole job and did a great job! Kudos to Zach!I would highly recommend this company to anyone seeking to re-do their bathroom! We had a bathroom remodel. Was a bit challenging at first. I would advise homeowners to have the staff assist you in selecting all fixtures. Less likely to make the wrong choices.The staff is responsive and professional.The quality is excellent. (Love the shower door.)Several months in, we had a leak, which was not instillation related, and yet, inaugural helped us out with this problem very promptly. We really appreciated their help!
