We were absolutely thrilled with the entire project from the initial contact with the Office; the Initial Visit by the Salesman; the next visit by the Installation Supervisor and then by the actual 2 man installation crew and then a follow -up with the Customer Service Group in the Office. The installation took 1 1/2 days. Every aspect of the installation was meticulous. The installation crew were very communicative and they did an outstanding job of cleaning at the end of the installation. We have already (in one week since the shower was installed) have recommended your Company to two of our friends and neighbors and told them that they would not be disappointed. Everything was great from beginning to end. It was a bit costly but they worked with me. It was a seamless experience. Everyone was friendly and professional. we originally reach our for a basement shower renovation after moving in to a new home and within a couple months the shower started to fall apart tiles falling off wall after having bathroom renovated it has been a pleasure I was a very fast and efficient renovation shower looks amazing and I would highly recommend this company very friendly staff and full explained the process

We had our old bathtub taken out and a new shower put in. The guys who did the work were fabulous. They did a great job and did a great job of cleaning up. I had ordered the trim that hadn’t come in yet but a few days later Alex brought it over and did a perfect job of putting it up.We are very happy with the materials they use.I would highly recommend Inaugural Home Improvements for your bathroom renovation.

We just the tub removal and walk in shower done. The process was quick and easy. Communication was a bit lacking, this is the only reason the rating is a 4. The final outcome is spectacular.
We just had Inaugural Home Improvement install a new tub and surround, along with a vanity, ceiling fan, light fixture, mirror, hooks, towel holders, and a new baseboard hot water cover. Inaugural consistently had prompt responses to phone calls and emails. Everyone from the salesperson to the workers showed up on time each and every appointment and workday. Every worker checked in with us before they started each day and when they left each day. If I had any questions or concerns, they addressed them right away. The project was completed on time in the three days they said it would take and they were accommodating by having a plumber come back a week and half later to put the faucets on our vanity after the quartz top was installed. Renovations are stressful and Inaugural made the process go as smooth as possible. I would highly recommend them.

These guys were amazing! In at 8am out at 5:30pm and 2/3 of the bathrooms were already done. They came back the next day to finish up and now I have 2 fantastic tubs and showers. They even fixed the overhead venting light to.
